“Built from scratch, woven by hand—my epic forest shelter with a moss roof and cozy fireplace 🌲”

In this video, I take on an old school bushcraft survival challenge where I build a complete woven shelter using only my hands and natural materials I find in the forest. I don’t use any modern tools or shortcuts—instead, I rely on traditional hand-weaving techniques with branches, grass, and bark to create a weatherproof shelter that can withstand the elements.

I walk through the entire process step-by-step, from selecting and preparing the materials to weaving and assembling the shelter. I also show how I build a moss roof for insulation and water resistance, and I even create a cozy fireplace inside the shelter to keep warm. This project was all about mastering essential wilderness survival skills and proving that you can build a comfortable, secure shelter using just what nature provides.

At the end, I give a full walk through of the shelter and put it to the test in the wild, showing how strong and weatherproof it really is. It was a true challenge of craftsmanship and survival know-how, and I hope it inspires others who love primitive building and outdoor adventures to try their own bushcraft projects.
